Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos and also PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express cards. Maximum payments used over the phone with verification is $100.00

The use of Hobby Creations Gift cards are to be used in-store only.

GST Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars, and include 10% GST.

Credit Card Verification

We have Procedures put in place for Credit card Verifications to protect fraudulent purchases. This can be flagged by our banking partners and in some cases,further checks may be required by our staff. If we feel that the card used is still a risk to Hobby Creations, the order will be cancelled without further notice.

Lay-by Standard Policy

• Min 10% deposit required
• All lay-by needs to be finalised (paid in full) within 3 months of the commencement date
• Regular payments are required every 2 weeks
• You can cancel the lay-by at any time
• If a lay-by is not completed by the due date, we will contact you to make a payment. If payment cannot be made, then the lay-by may be cancelled and will incur a cancellation fee as outlined below.
• All Lay-by purchases are to be made in-store

Cancelling a Lay-By

• You can cancel a lay-by at any time and receive a refund for payments made.
• A cancelation fee of 25% of the total value of the lay-by is payable upon cancellation
